In 2024, English Bay Chocolate Factory joined forces with Kinnikinnick Foods, a global leader in gluten-free baked goods. Together, we bring decades of expertise and a passion for crafting high-quality food products. From protein bars and chocolate to gluten-free favorites, our combined team is dedicated to innovation, exceptional customer service, and delivering the best to North American retailers. With Kinnikinnick’s Edmonton-based facilities and English Bay’s rich legacy, we’re proud to continue creating delicious, premium products for everyone, especially those with celiac disease or dietary restrictions.
Our new state of the art automated line allows us to build new relationships in the bar industry. We can produce a variety of bar types: crisp, granola, slab formed and extruded. We can also offer coatings and depositing.

Our Chocolate division began in 2007 with a variety of exquisite bars, chocolate pieces, and enrobed fruit. Only the finest ingredients go into manufacturing of our decadent chocolates.

English Bay has a variety of production and packaging lines for dry blends; chocolate products and bars including: Imperial moulding lines; Nielsen enrobing lines; Tanis T-bar lines, and robotic Bosch (Syntegon) packaging lines. All our systems include strict quality checks for weight; size; and metal detection.
